Sorbet BB Cream & Wet ‘n Wild Photofocus Concealer {Review}

Sorbet BB Cream & Wet 'n Wild Photofocus Concealer {Review}

I don’t have terrible skin, but I am prone to breakouts on my chin and cheek area – especially during the more hormonal times of the month. I have been loving the Sorbet BB cream, I always get so many compliments when I wear it and it gives such a youthful and radiant look. That being said, when I do have breakouts it offers great coverage, but not quite enough.

I wanted to see if I could get away without wearing a full coverage foundation all over my face, so I popped in at Clicks over the weekend and bought the Wet ‘n Wild Photofocus Concealer to use with my Sorbet BB cream. I am beyond thrilled with the results!

Below is my face without any make-up on and no filters applied…

As you can see, I have some redness under my nose and a few break-outs on my chin and cheeks. I started off by applying the Sorbet BB cream in shade 01 Light. I seriously love this BB Cream and I recommend it to everyone who asks. It has such a smooth and rich consistency and it is honestly like applying a moisture bomb to your face. It offers great coverage for a BB cream and is easy to apply. It leaves absolutely no streakiness and lasts very well. It does not leave your skin feeling sticky, but leaves your skin looking dewy and youthful. I cannot sing this product’s praises enough – thank you for the recommendation Leigh!

In the below photo’s I have applied the Sorbet BB Cream using my Real techniques brush – what a difference already!

The reason I prefer using the Sorbet BB Cream instead of foundation is to give my skin a chance to breathe. It looks much more natural and does not clog up your pores. It is also much more moisturizing and feels lighter. I dabbed the Wet ‘n Wild photofocus concealer in shade E840B Light Ivory on my problem areas, and also under my eyes and blended it in with a make-up sponge. The Wet ‘n Wild photofocus concealer was designed to instantly brighten¬† and perfect the appearance of your skin. It also eliminates white particle reflection when taking photo’s with the flash on.

The concealer is easy to apply, I used a dry sponge and found no streakiness at all. It blends really easily and truly eliminates those imperfections! Using these two products together is such a winning combination. I love the end result.

What do you think?

      I am DYING to try the rest of the Sorbet make-up range, just because I love the BB cream so much. Thanks love, we all crave a little validation sometimes and a compliment goes a long way!

    I bought the concealer last week as well and love it! I use their (wet ‘n wild) foundation as well which is fantastic for a long work day, but will definitely look into the sorbet BB cream! We are going camping soon and I love natural looking easy to use products when we are away; I don’t want to spend half an hour taking over half the abultion block just to get my face on!

      So glad you like the concealer as well, I have never tried their foundation – I will have to look into it! Which one did you get? Enjoy camping!

        I have the photofocus in soft beige and am currently using it with a maybelline primer and setting spray. It’s stays on quite well through the day, provided I don’t drop my head into my hands too many times through the day ūü§£

    LOVE! I’ve loved the Sorbet BB Cream for ages! I am now also obsessed with the Garnier one, and there are so many skin type options too.
    I only just started using that Wet n Wild concealer and so far, it’s nice but I have tried better. I think I need to spend some more time with it though!
